Required Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform: understanding of the architecture, modules, and functions.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development: Creation and customization of forms, workflows, business rules, script includes, and UI actions.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) processes: Understanding of ITIL standards and processes mapped to ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data management.
- Good knowledge of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Creation and maintenance of configuration data.
- User and role management: Understanding of access rights and security concepts. Certifications (optional, but advantageous): e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or specific modules
Additional Skills:
- Excellent ServiceNow knowledge.
- Agile working methods: Experience with Scrum or other agile project management methods.
- Communication skills: To understand requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Very good written and spoken German skills.
- Problem-solving skills: Analytical thinking to tackle technical challenges.
